Founded in 1993, AIM Processing is a custom injection
molder of small plastic parts. We are managed by two mechanical
engineers who are focused on making your product successful. We
work with entrepreneurs just starting out to
Fortune 100 customers with established programs across the globe -- from France to Thailand.
We have high expectations for all products that we produce, and we
seek total satisfaction from our customers.
We are known for our expertise in the "complex", which can mean
tight tolerances, unique materials, difficult colors, unique shapes, insert molding,
elastomer overmolding, and multi-component products. We have extensive experience with
products in the electronics, automotive, aerospace, medical device,
and performance sporting goods & recreation equipment
industries. We are a talented group of
problem-solvers and we often accept molds that others have had
difficulty processing consistently or with acceptable yields.
Existing programs benefit from our collaborative approach to your
quality needs, whether they are critical dimensions, fixture fits,
color matches, or strength tests. We have a leading
resource management & scheduling package that enables us to track production
performance, control costs, and recommend opportunities
for our customers to save money.
We also perform mechanical assembly and packaging for parts
that we produce, which offers extraordinary benefits to our
customers that have seasonality in their business or are looking to
simplify their operations or component management.
We are located in Longmont, Colorado, about 35 miles north of Denver.
We operate our 16,500 sqft facility with cleanliness and efficiency,
and we have an open door policy with our customers.
