President & Owner
Jon Gelston is the President and Owner of AIM Processing. He believes that a company that is organized with the right people, processes, and technology can deliver high quality and service at a reduced cost to the customer. Jon has held a variety of positions in electronics & industrial manufacturing and telecommunications. He enjoys developing innovative solutions with customers to improve their product's function, its reliability, and its cost.

Jon earned a Bachelors of Science with Distinction in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. He also has an MBA from The Wharton School, where he dual-majored in Finance and Operations & Information Management.

VP- Engineering & Quality
Greg Oberg is the VP-Engineering & Quality at AIM Processing. Greg is focused on part manufacturability and sustainable quality control systems. Greg is a creative problem-solver and has wide-ranging experience in production manufacturing processes.

He earned a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

VP - Product Development
David Hewitt is the VP-Product Development. Through his decades in the plastics industry, David has a wealth of experience in toolmaking, production management, and plastic processing. In a lot of companies, David would be the technical resource that you struggle to reach. In our model, he's out front to help you evaluate your options for design and manufacturability. David helps you understand where you are designing costs, particularly unnecessary costs, into your parts.

Production & Quality Assurance Manager
Mary Simms is the Production & Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing molding operations, assembly work, and quality inspection. With more than three decades of experience in plastics, Mary has a remarkable eye for quality and a customer service focus. Mary is responsible for training and staffing production personnel.

Senior Molding Technician
Ty Van Dao is the Senior Molding Technician, performing setups and startup checks for molding activity on the production floor. He has three decades of experience with nearly every material, machine type, and mold style imaginable. Manager - Shipping & Materials
Joe Friedrich is the Manager - Shipping & Materials. Joe is very organized & thorough, and he has decades of experience in shipping, warehousing, and inventory management, including pharmaceutical manufacturing.
