Jon Gelston is the President and Owner of AIM Processing.
Jon is involved every facet of the business, from new product development to
production management. He believes strongly in the value of customer service,
including short production turn-arounds and expedited product development.
Jon has previously worked in a variety of industries, including electronics
and industrial manufacturing, telecommunications, and consulting in large
and small companies. Jon has had management experience and direct
involvement in all aspects of countless projects, from requirements
definition to design to development.
Jon earned a Bachelors of Science with Distinction in Mechanical Engineering
from Cornell University. He also has an MBA from The Wharton School,
where he dual-majored in Finance and Operations & Information Management. |

Greg Oberg is the VP-Product Development & Engineering at AIM Processing.
Whichever stage your project is at, Greg is the person you can trust to get it
off the ground. He is able to assist you in navigating your design
choices, material selections, tooling development, and first article trials.
Greg has developed numerous programs from whiteboard sketches through to molded
plastic parts for small entrepreneurs to Fortune 100 companies. With decades of
experience in manufacturing and engineering, Greg is well-networked into the
design, prototyping, and tooling communities.
Greg earned a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering
from Purdue University. |

Mary Simms is the Production & Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing molding operations,
assembly work, quality inspection, and shipping. With more than two decades of experience in plastics, Mary
has a remarkable eye for quality and a customer service focus.
Mary is responsible for training and staffing production personnel. |

Ty Van Dao is a lead Molding Technician, performing setups and quality
checks for molding activity on the production floor. He has 28 years of experience
with nearly every material, machine type, and mold style imaginable. A visit to our
