We are a custom molder, which means we make custom products for other manufacturers, entrepreneurs, or product firms.

We have extensive experience across a wide variety of materials from high-end engineering polymers such as PEEK, LCP, Ultem, Radel, or Polysulfone, to insert molding and elastomer overmolds, to standard materials such as ABS, PC, Noryl, Acetal, Acrylic, Santoprene, and Nylon.

In addition, we also perform a variety of secondary services depending on the needs of our customer. These services may include ultrasonic welding, heat staking, mechanical assembly, or packaging.

For certain programs, we are able to offer our ship from stock program, which integrates well with a JIT or kan-ban system. In those cases, quality-approved parts are shipped the same day as the order is released.
