Quality is important, but what does it mean to you? We believe that consistency is the foundation. There are many parameters and external factors that can influence the output of the molding process. If a molder does not manage them closely, they cannot trace back changes in the output and it is a matter of time before the process is out of control.

At AIM Processing, we collaborate with you at the start of your program to define your critical factors and how they should be measured and evaluated. In production, this information is available press-side, along with an approved, tagged master sample to compare against any other aesthetic features. When each production run is complete, we document any condition changes and archive the last shots for future comparison.

With this approach, we are able to trace condition changes that could produce a change to the process output. Our leading resource management & scheduling software assists us in aggressively managing our costs by ensuring efficiency with materials and machine time. Quality looks different to each of our customers in the part they see, and we believe that consistency is the path to efficiency.

Our customers have their own unique needs, including material certifications, critical dimension sampling, fit comparison on a custom fixture, strength testing, or color matching against a known sample. We participate in regular reviews with UL and other organizations to ensure consistency against the quality requirements our customers have established and against our internal processes.
