Secondary Services

For many of our customers, the plastic part is only a part of the manufacturing need. To meet this, we offer a variety of secondary services to our customers. These include:

• Pad printing
• Hydrographic imaging
• Hard form In-Mold Labeling (IML)
• Laser etching and part marking
• Ultrasonic welding
• Heat staking
• Mechanical Assembly

When we mold related parts, many of our customers find that our mechanical assembly of those components into a subassembly saves significantly in their total cost of manufacturing.  Since we handle the parts in our inspection and packaging process, our marginal cost of an assembly operation is very low.
