Dr. Jeff Throckmorton serves as President of AIM Processing, bringing a distinguished track record of technology leadership and business growth to the role. Most recently, Jeff spent more than nine years as President and CEO of Droplet Measurement Technologies, successfully scaling the business before a planned exit. Prior to that, he served in executive roles and on the Board of Directors at Avo Photonics, Inc. and Ocean Optics, Inc. (both wholly owned subsidiaries of Halma plc).
Before Halma, Jeff held several senior leadership positions focused on commercializing new technologies and developing innovative business models at Hach-Lange (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Danaher Corporation, now Veralto). As President of Hach Homeland Security Technologies, he led some of the platform's most complex initiatives, including water and air security, distribution monitoring, advanced technologies, and engineering services.
Jeff earned his Ph.D. with a focus in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from the University of South Florida. He also holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus in process controls from the University of South Florida, and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Virginia Tech.
Nathan Gehle is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at AIM Processing, where he helps manufacturers solve complex molding challenges and build more reliable, scalable supply chains. With over 15 years of experience in B2B sales and commercial leadership, he focuses on delivering results in quality, lead time, and responsiveness.
Nathan takes a practical, data-driven approach, working closely with customers to align production capabilities with real-world demand and move programs efficiently from quote to production.
At AIM, Nathan is committed to being more than a supplier—he works to build long-term partnerships by helping customers reduce risk, improve supply chain, and confidently scale their production.
Greg Oberg is our VP of Engineering and Quality. Greg oversees our team of talented engineers as they help our customers move their concept to production. Greg is a creative problem solver who has a wide range of experience in production manufacturing processes.
He earned a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
Mindy Marsh is a Program Manager at AIM Processing. In this role, Mindy partners with customers to unearth all expectations so that the first parts have that “wow” effect. You can count on her to sweat the details of size, shape, fit, and color of what you are looking for no matter the amount you need to produce. Mindy has experience in other manufacturing processes, including precision casting.
She earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines.
Greg earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology at MSU Denver.
